La formazione dei formatori di insegnanti: analisi di un corso blended internazionale

Abstract


The purpose of this contribution is to discuss the potential of international training for teacher educators. The professionalism of teacher educators can benefit from international networking, mediated by digital resources and aimed at developing didactic, linguistic and intercultural skills. The international project “Blended Learning Training for teacher 270 Civitas educationis – Education, Politics and Culture educators” (BLTeae) is presented as a case study. It was addressed at teacher educators from different European and Asian countries. The project put in evidence emerging perspectives on the potential of an increasingly global and international professional training.

Riassunto: Lo scopo di questo contributo è discutere delle potenzialità di una formazione internazionale per i formatori di insegnanti. La professionalità dei formatori degli insegnanti può beneficiare di un confronto internazionale, mediato da risorse digitali e finalizzato allo sviluppo di competenze didattiche, linguistiche e interculturali. Come caso di studio, viene presentato il progetto internazionale “Blended Learning Training for teacher educators” (BLTeae), destinato ai formatori di insegnanti di diversi paesi europei e asiatici. Il progetto è presentato e discusso in chiave critica alla luce di prospettive emergenti sulle potenzialità di una formazione professionale sempre più globale e internazionale.
