spectrum, with advocates ranging from Silicon Valley leaders to social activists. Philosophers like Philippe Van Parijs argue that UBI empowers individuals with “real freedom” to pursue personal aspirations. Meanwhile, the dominance of tech giants underscores the shift from industrial to digital economies, generating wealth from intangible resources.
