Abstract

This contribution aims to focus on trust, as an instrument for the management, preservation as well as transmission of digital assets, trying to define the main challenges for the configuration of this instrument in the context of the virtual economy.

Il presente contributo intende focalizzarsi sul trust, quale strumento per la gestione, la conservazione nonché la trasmissione di beni digitali, nel tentativo di definire le principali sfide per la configurazione di tale strumento nel contesto dell’economia virtuale.
