The submission of the articles, comments on decisions, use cases and focus papers can be done by signing in or, if you have already signed, by logging into the personal account. At the same time, the submission can be done by sending an email to ejplt@unisob.na.it.
The contribution must be drafted based on the Author's Guidelines indicated and must develop issues relating to the areas of interest of the Journal.
The articles published in the EJPLT are subjected to a peer-review process, according to the following scheme:
- The Editorial Team Coordinator collects the proposals.
- The Director with the Vice-Director and the Coordinator of the Editorial Committee makes an initial assessment of the consistency of the article with the areas of interest of the Journal, also verifying the correctness of the contribution concerning the formal requirements indicated in the Author Guidelines section.
- If the contribution is deemed to be in line with the interests of the Journal, it is prepared for the peer review process, submitting the contribution to a Referee chosen by the Director based on the specific skills required. Contrariwise, if the contribution is not considered consistent, the Editorial team Coordinator sends a communication to the author(s), with specific reasons for the non-acceptance.
- In the personal account or via email, the author receives a detailed sheet with the evaluation of the Referee, and any other indications developed by the Referee.
Articles, comments on decisions, use cases and focus papers go through a double-blind review process carried out by the referees of the EJPLT,. Referees are sector specialists who verify articles' suitability for publication on the EJPLT (peer review). After the peer review, the Director of the EJPLT may wish to verify all contributions submitted and can reject contributions without review based on quality, originality, or significance, or ask for further review.
The peer-review process usually ends within one month.
News goes through a single-blind review process carried out by the scientific committee of the EJPLT to verify compliance with the templates and standards of citation indicated in the Author's Guidelines section. News is uploaded only on the EJPLT portal but not in the EJPLT issues.
Contributions can be written in English, Spanish, French or Italian.
Authors should act in compliance with the EJPLT Code of Ethics and, in particular, submitted articles, comments on decisions, use cases and focus papers should not have been previously published or be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
There are no charges for publishing on EJPLT.
