QUALIDADES FEMININAS E MASCULINAS E IMAGENS DA JUSTIÇA/FEMININE AND MALE QUALITIES AND IMAGES OF JUSTICE

Abstract

This article is about Images of Justice, where the Energy Metaphor seems
more adequate to understand the Gender Feminine and the Masculine
values of Justice.
We emphasize the dualistic point of view that organizes and bounds our
perception of reality and the Images of Justice, which implies both feminine
and masculine values.
It is useful to reinforce the philosophical and legal arguments with
transdisciplinary fields, such as Psychology, Anthropology, Semiotics, History
and Theory of Art, Religious Imagery and on. We argument through
Images and Legends of Justice given in some different Cultures, in order
to get a broader perception of Justice, creating repertoire beyond the written
Tradition. The Synchronism between personal experience and social
fluency will be converged by some Myths´ functions, both social and psychological.
The article will be settled with some Greek and Egyptian representations
of Justice and some Afro-American Imagery, which enables African Tradition
after syncretic Efforts.
