Abstract


This essay sets itself the ambitious objective of analysing the very delicate topic of the Right to Health from its European perspective, capturing data and historical moments that concerned not only Italy, but also other European countries. The preliminary analysis of the components of common and heterogeneous health services in individual States will be accompanied by jurisprudential and doctrinal aspects that concern the health topic, as well as the most recent legislative choices, adopted not only in the Italian peninsula. There will be no shortage of insights into the reactions of individual member States in dealing with the latest dramatic pandemic that has shocked the entire planet: Covid-19 pandemic. In conclusion, it is intended to outline some final considerations regarding the next possible evolutions in a subject that constantly changes its characteristic aspects, with reference to the evaluation system too.
