FARE IMPRESA OGGI. I contratti di rete come configurazione debole delle relazioni industriali/DOING BUSINESS TODAY: NETWORK CONTRACTS AS A WEAK CONFIGURATION OF INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS

Abstract

Upon its inception, the network contract represented a judicial institution which differed from other agreements not because of its aim of accumulating managerial capital, but for the strong discretion which it permits in industrial relations. Whilst not yet clarifying its analytical context, the present work examines the quanti-qualitative efficacy of those industrial relations built through network contracts in order to do Made in Italy business; hereby understood as a practical-judicial substitute of industrial districts.
