Abstract

L’informazione nella rete è dominata da scopi di profitto e di potere. La reazione del diritto a ciò è diversa negli USA, in Cina e in Europa. Il modello europeo ha scelto di regolare le piattaforme. Ma le sue regole da sole non bastano: le persone debbono apprendere a far valere i loro diritti.

Information on the net is dominated by profit and power. The reaction of Law to this is different in the USA, China and Europe. The European Model is intended to regulate Platforms. But its rules alone are not enough: people shall learn to enforce their rights.
