Diritto al cibo e responsabilità d’impresa | Right to food and corporate responsibility

Abstract

Il lavoro approfondisce le problematiche legate all’effettività ed alla tutela del diritto al cibo. Dopo aver passato in rassegna le Carte Costituzionali che riconoscono esplicitamente il diritto al cibo, il lavoro realizza un’analisi del Patto internazionale sui diritti sociali, economici e culturali del 1966 di cui lo Stato Italiano è firmatario. Ricostruita la dimensione del diritto al cibo nella dimensione domestica, anche alla luce della recente Legge Costituzionale del 2022, l’attenzione si sposta sulle ricadute sistematiche che le nuove previsioni costituzionali potranno avere sugli assetti organizzativi delle imprese italiane e sulle loro responsabilità.

The work delves into the issues related to the effectiveness and protection of the right to food. After reviewing the Constitutional Charters that explicitly recognise the right to food, the work carries out an analysis of the 1966 International Covenant on Social, Economic and Cultural Rights to which the Italian State is a signatory. Having reconstructed the dimension of the right to food in the domestic dimension, also in the light of the recent Constitutional Law of 2022, the focus shifts to the systematic repercussions that the new constitutional provisions may have on the organisational structures of Italian companies and their responsibilities.
